Hi, I’m Juanita. I’m an Oregon native, cat mom to Willow and Pepper, and the owner of Willow & Pepper Beauty. I’ve always been passionate about helping women feel confident in their own skin. That’s what led me to permanent makeup. I love creating results that look soft, natural, and effortless—enhancing your features without making you look overly done. The name Willow & Pepper comes from my two cats, who have very different personalities but are equally loved. In a way, that’s how I view beauty too—there isn’t one standard. Every client is unique, and my goal is to create results that complement your features and fit your lifestyle. I believe beauty should make life easier, not more complicated. CANCELLATION POLICY
**Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy** Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please review the following policy before booking: **Rescheduling & Cancellations** • A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment. • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred one time if proper notice is given. • Any additional reschedules will require a new deposit. **Late Cancellations** • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit. • Same-day cancellations will require 50% of the service total to be paid before a new appointment can be scheduled. **No-Shows** • No-shows will result in a forfeited deposit and will not be eligible to book future appointments. **Late Arrivals** • A 15-minute grace period is allowed. • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being canceled and your deposit forfeited. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
